Account Deletion – Imarisha Academy
This page explains how users of the Imarisha Academy mobile application can permanently delete their account and associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, please follow these steps inside the Imarisha Academy app:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Profile
- Open Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention policy.
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
- User account information (name, phone number, email address)
- Student profiles associated with the account
- Learning history and progress data
- Subscription records linked to the account
Data Retention
Certain limited data, such as transaction or payment records, may be retained only where required by applicable law and for the legally permitted retention period. All other personal data will be securely deleted.
